"Lightweight BZ" Armor Plate Features

- Protection: Level 4, withstands single armor-piercing incendiary bullets of 7.62x39 mm.

Material:
The plates are made from high-quality Armox Advance armor steel (58-63 HRC, thickness 5 mm) by Swedish manufacturer SSAB. The processing allows the plate to meet DSTU Level 4 standards, withstanding a single shot from a 7.62x39 mm armor-piercing incendiary bullet.

Anti-fragment Properties:
The front side of the plate is covered with ballistic felt, laminated with PVC film for moisture protection. Unique bonding technology prevents peeling, even after multiple shots.

Additional Edge Reinforcement:
The edge is reinforced with a material density of 800 kg/m³, significantly reducing the chance of core exit on edge impact.

Trauma Protection:
An EVA shock absorber (8 mm thick, 80 kg/m³ density) effectively reduces trauma risk.

Purpose:
A professional plate carrier for tactical missions. Camouflage coloring provides stealth in various conditions.

Description:
Soft anti-fragmentation panels provide protection from small fragments. Made from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) from Israeli company FMS, with sealed packaging for water resistance.
